The next workshop is Wednesday, 12/10/25 at 10am.
With the holiday season quickly approaching, I would
like to take the opportunity to share my knowledge of
Chinese Medicine (which historically was used to
prevent disease). In this workshop we will discuss
herbals to treat colds and flu’s. I will provide an order
sheet to stock you up on the various options. I’ll present
some easy ways to keep working on immunity at home,
and prepared a small packet of information for you to take. Here in the session we will work on some light movements to activate the energy centers in the body
that keep us healthy. We will do easy qi gong movements,
followed by breath and meditation in my salt room,
which is known to strongly support the lungs and
immunity! This will be12/10/25 from 10-11:30, the cost is
$35 and the space is limited to 5 spots. Please sign up on this website, by going to the home page, clicking "book now", choosing "immunity boost workshop" scrolling to the month of December.

This event will be in room 208 in the Smiley Building, 12/21/25, at 4:45pm. We are offering a candlelit moment to welcome the darkness of the winter solstice, and honor this special day of the year. The event will include some gentle breath and movement before laying down and receiving a dynamic experience of sound. There will be three host delivering sound and a variety of powerful instruments including crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls and gongs. Having three musicians creates a unique sound, and will definitely help move some energy during this dark time of the year. Please bring your own mat, blanket and props to make yourself a cozy place on the floor. Please sign up on the homepage of this website by clicking "book now" and selecting the event.
